Meet Tadeusz, our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He has turned his passion for solving various challenges in manufacturing and logistics into a successful career path that has spanned two decades.
During this time, Tadeusz has developed deep expertise in creating innovative commercial software solutions. He is the visionary behind the development of the Manufacturo platform, and the driving force behind it becoming a market disruptor and an industry leader.
In addition to serving on Manufacturo’s board of directors as the CEO, Tadeusz also co-founded Andea, where he is the VP of Innovation. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland.

Brad Morian joined Sierra Space in 2022 as the Senior Director of Engineering Enablement. In this role he leads five teams dedicated to supporting enterprise Engineering and Operational activities. One of these teams is Sierra Space’s Engineering Digital Transformation team, which is dedicated to establishing and optimizing the Sierra Space digital engineering ecosystem. This team is also responsible for enhancing processes and workflows across the entire breadth of engineering and operations value streams. Brad and team leverage advanced digital technologies to transform the way Sierra Space operates – eliminating administrative burden through data governance and system design to establish a means for changing business behaviors - accelerating the speed and improving the fidelity in which Engineers and Operations team members operate. This includes the adoption of Manufacturo – an effort spearheaded by the Sierra Space Digital Transformation team in the Spring of 2023.

Meet James, our Chief Product Officer (CPO) with an extensive 27-year career in the software industry. Within this, he possesses 23 years of specialization in manufacturing software, covering sectors such as aerospace, defense, packaging, and automotive. In his role as CPO, James is responsible for leading our product management team and charting the course for our roadmap. He excels in creating strategies that drive innovation and value for our customers.
Throughout his career, James has contributed significantly to various organizations. He spent over 5 years at SpaceX, where he played a key role in groundbreaking projects. He also dedicated over a decade to Apriso, accumulating a diverse set of positions including Lead Product Manager, Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Software Development Team Lead, and VP – Solutions. Additionally, he spent almost 5 years at ProDB Business Systems.
James approaches his work with a commitment to collaboration, aiming to make a substantial impact wherever he goes, with a consistent focus on moving forward, and is responsible for all areas of the product.

Meet Zane, our Chief Customer Experience Officer. Zane's foremost priority is designing and implementing Manufacturo's integrated manufacturing quality solutions. He also heads up the Application Maintenance & Support Team, which he is developing and growing into a broader Customer Experience organization. Prior to his role with Manufacturo, Zane worked in various industries, leveraging his expertise to creatively solve problems, overcome business challenges, and build enterprise applications for SpaceX, Blue Origin, Opentrons Labworks, and Northern Arizona University. Zane holds a Master of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business.

Meet Kenzo, our Chief Operations Officer (COO) responsible for creating a winning roadmap and leading Manufacturo's operations, ensuring the company continues to build on its competitive advantage. He has expert knowledge and hands-on experience in creating and delivering manufacturing applications in various sectors, gained over the course of his more than 20-year-long career. Prior to becoming Manufacturo’s COO, Kenzo served in various positions at other companies where he was Director Product Innovation, Senior Product Manager, Director of Services, and Solution Consultant. He worked at iBASEt for nearly 2 years, SpaceX for 3 years, Apriso for 12 years, and i2 Technologies for almost 5 years. Kenzo earned his Master of Business Administration at Rochester Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science in Business Commerce at Senshu University in Kanagawa, Japan.

Meet Natallia, our UX Researcher, who brings a diverse technical skill set to Manufacturo, developed from a career path that includes roles in:

• iterative software development
• software testing of web and mobile applications as a QA engineer
• coordinating and facilitating User Acceptance and Integration Testing sessions
• providing go-live support to ensure a smooth transition during the initial rollout and troubleshooting real-time issues
• conducting user training and empowering customers and teams to effectively use new software and systems
• post-implementation evaluation to identify areas for improvement based on user interactions and support feedback
• conducting usability testing and qualitative and quantitative research through field studies, surveys, and interviews

Natallia earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Stockton University. Her background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) drives her commitment to a human-centered approach, aligning with the UX research goal of crafting user-centered designs that address customers' needs and enhance their experiences with technology.

Meet Bartosz, Manager of Operations, responsible for cloud infrastructure and system development life cycle.
In his nearly 15 years of professional experience in the industry, he has held incrementally high-impact roles as a thought leader in implementation, front-end development, and cloud engineering teams.
Bartosz is a widely admired subject matter expert in all things manufacturing software, leveraging his deep knowledge and hands-on experience to create and deliver modern Cloud-based solutions for our customers.
Bartosz holds a Master of Science in Automation and Robotics from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland.

Meet Mateusz, our Director of Software Engineering, responsible for the technical development of the Manufacturo product.
Mateusz has established his professional career path at Manufacturo, beginning with an active role in the creation of the software platform as our lead full-stack developer. In his current role, Mateusz focuses on the strategic development of system architecture, introducing technological innovations and optimizing processes within the software engineering department to deliver the best solutions to clients.
Mateusz holds a degree in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow.

Meet Lawrence, an expert in advanced manufacturing solutions, with over a decade of career experience addressing the inherent challenges of new aerospace product introductions. His methodologies provide a distinct advantage in rapidly scaling manufacturing operations while minimizing excess inventory. Lawrence specializes in bridging the gap between engineering innovation and operational efficiency, particularly for vertically integrated companies. His expertise enables quick adaptation to change, optimization of production plans, and accurate data management, all of which significantly reduce lead times, maintain optimal inventory levels, and lower obsolescence risks in aerospace manufacturing.
