About the role
You will be responsible for building and executing our end-to-end lead generation strategy. Your work will directly contribute to a stable pipeline of highquality MQLs and new sales opportunities. We are looking for a person who can blend creative thinking, analytical mindset, and operational excellence across multiple marketing channels. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to grow their career from marketing execution to strategic planning.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a demand generation leader who's built pipeline from scratch, not just optimized an existing one. Someone who's equally comfortable setting strategy on Monday and pulling campaign reports on Friday
What you'll own
- Planning — You define the approach: target segments, channel mix, buyer personas, and budget allocation. The goal is always a pipeline — you build a plan in service of that.
- Campaign Execution — LinkedIn, Google Ads, email nurture, SEO-driven content, and event activations. You lead execution, test relentlessly, and cut what doesn't generate leads.
- Lead Scoring & Handoff — You design the process that gets qualified leads to sales at the right time. Lead quality is your accountability.
- Team Leadership — You manage a team of marketing specialists, set direction, ensure quality, and keep everyone focused on what matters.
- Analytics & Reporting — You track what drives the pipeline, report clearly to leadership, and never stop experimenting.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, ideally at a SaaS or tech company
- Proven track record of campaigns that generate a qualified pipeline
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
- Ability to plan, prioritize, communicate and coordinate tasks
- Experience in team managing and mentoring
- Strong collaboration with Sales — you know demand gen only works when both sides are aligned
- Fluent English — our clients and team are global

This isn't a role where you'll inheriplanture marketing machine and optimize it incrementally. The foundation exists, but there's real work to do, and real room to shape something. If you're looking for predictability and a clearly defined scope, this probably isn't your next move.
