THE STORY

Manufacturo was created by veterans of the manufacturing software industry

After completing dozens of MES implementations over two decades, we started noticing a pattern: we’d spend a lot of time building and customizing solutions for various customers, and each project would take many months to go live. Every time, we thought: “We've solved this before”.

In 2018, we sketched out a new concept: a manufacturing management platform that could be implemented in days, with modular apps that deploy independently but work together. Then, we made a bold decision: to focus on New Space and other high-complexity, high-change, regulated verticals.

As a group of friends who had worked together at SpaceX, Andea, and a few other innovative companies, our motivation was simple: create software that actually solves the problems engineers face when building the hardware of the future. No committees, no corporate politicking, no years-long implementations. In 2021, this authenticity won the hearts of our first customers—a few startups and market challengers like us.

Now, Manufacturo has over 20 modules for production, quality, supply chain, and more. We’re employing over 100 specialists across the USA, Europe, and Japan, and working with a few dozen true challengers like Sierra Space, Relativity Space, ICEYE, SES, Hermeus, Boom Supersonics, and Antora. But one thing hasn’t changed: we’re still providing engineers of the future with the software that actually solves problems.
