How to join the Program?

If approved, Andea representative will contact you to arrange a time during which we will provide you with a demo of the product and discuss required prerequisites needed to deploy ALERTIGO.

Review and sign Andea MAP Memorandum of Understanding and Manufacturo ALERTIGO Order Form.

Start using ALERTIGO.

How does Manufacturo ALERTIGO work?

The application works by creating a fully configurable alerting engine that concentrates on alerting the right people with the right information, only when they need it most. It allows an entire organization to deal with potential issues proactively through early warnings or immediate first-hand notifications. 

The solution can be added as a bolt-on to various existing systems without any modifications and supports multiple delivery channels such as email with rich-text and dynamic links, as well as SMS mobile text messaging.

Andea will grant your company a free-of-charge subscription to Manufacturo ALERTIGO for 90 days, including post-go-live support. Andea team will also support you with all pre-go-live project activities. To ensure that you receive VIP treatment, Andea will assign a dedicated Customer Success Manager to your company. 

Don’t worry; there is NOT much you will need to provide, and your time investment will be limited. Before the deployment, Andea will request you to  participate in some meetings so that you can learn more about ALERTIGO and we can get info on the possible application area for the solution. Once deployed, our team will ask for you to provide regular feedback on the usage of ALERTIGO. Please remember that Andea will support you during this entire process.

Customers can sign-up for the program until June 30, 2021 (unless otherwise stated in writing). 

You will not be required to pay for any of the costs incurred in connection with deploying or using the Manufacturo ALERTIGO application.

You can continue using ALERTIGO by paying a monthly subscription fee paid annually (subscription fees provided in advance) or simply stop using the product. Ambassador program members will receive discounted pricing for selected Alertigo subscription plans.

Within 30 days of a successful go-live, you will allow Andea to display your company logo as an active customer on our Manufacturo website, as well as participate in conducting a written/recorded case study. Andea will cover all the costs associated with producing such a case study.
