The Manufacturo Story

In 2014, four friends saw a business opportunity and rushed to seize it by creating a company that would help manufacturers of all sizes improve the way they operate. Andea quickly became a trusted partner to over 50 renowned global manufacturers, but the company’s founders weren’t too quick to rest on their laurels. During a family weekend in Wadowice in July of 2018, they asked themselves, “What would help our clients be more agile and adaptable to the ever-changing market dynamics?” The answer was Manufacturo, a cloud-based platform that is revolutionizing the way manufacturers buy and implement manufacturing solutions. 2014

The establishment of Andea

Andea, located in Krakow, Poland, is founded by 4 entrepreneurs. The very first Apriso MES client is an electric car manufacturer in California. The company employs 9 professionals and establishes Maintenance and Innovation Departments. Andea receives a Microsoft Silver Partner certificate.

2015

Opening a US office in Brea, CA

Andea grows. A US office opens in Brea, California. Also, 24/7 support services become available to Andea’s clients. Implementation of the In-Screen Translator attracts the attention of new customers wishing to simplify and speed up translations of their MES system. The company has 25 employees.

2016

Andea doubles its size

Andea conducts the very first implementations of eBox and eWorkin applications. At this point, the company employs 50 professionals and services 20 clients. The first Andea Customer Day is also held.

Introduction of Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Andea implements its Quality Management System (QMS). The company introduces Andea Grands – monthly charitable program. The company continues to grow both in number of employees (75), and customers (31).

Andea strengthens its position in the industry

Proving value, Andea completes over 110 MES/MOM projects for over 30 global manufacturers. The company currently delivers services and solutions to customers across 4 continents.

Manufacturo market launch

Andea sees the need to create a solution for a rapidly growing, hi-tech emergent manufacturing market and creates Manufacturo Platform. The company has 120 employees and becomes Microsoft Gold Partner.

Development of Manufacturo

Andea experts create a new alert and notification solution ALERTIGO. This robust alerting solution enables manufacturers to become more proactive to potential issues through early warnings and notifications. The rest of Manufacturo is undergoing a significant transformation.

Andea signs up first customers in the hi-tech emergent manufacturing sector to use Manufacturo. The new customers play a vital role in shaping the future Manufacturo product roadmap.
