We’re now expanding into France and looking for a Director of Sales to lead our commercial efforts in the region. This is a high-impact, ground-floor opportunity to own the market, shape our presence, and build a pipeline from scratch—with the full support of a team that knows how to move fast.

What You’ll Do

Own and drive all sales activities across France
Identify and engage high-potential customers in industries like aerospace, new space, and complex discrete manufacturing
Work closely with founders and product teams to tailor our offering to market needs
Act as the face of Manufacturo in the region—at events, in boardrooms, and in front of our future customers
Help build the local go-to-market playbook, from prospecting to close

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales, ideally in manufacturing tech or SaaS
Deep understanding of the French industrial/manufacturing ecosystem
Strong network in aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing is a major plus
Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re comfortable operating with autonomy and turning ambiguity into action
Fluent in French and English
