What you’ll be doing
Create content that converts
- Write sharp, engaging copy across website pages, blog posts, e-books, email campaigns, press releases, and social media - in both English and Polish
- Transform complex software concepts into clear, accessible content that resonates with manufacturing professionals and decision-makers
- Interview clients and develop compelling case studies that bring their success stories to life
- Maintain a brand voice that stays consistent and human across every channel
Own our digital presence
- Take ownership of our content calendar, making sure that we have a steady backlog of content ideas interesting to our clients
- Work closely with our SEO specialists to execute the SEO strategy, applying best practices to your content
- Stay curious about AI Search and GEO trends, bringing ideas that help our content perform in the AI-driven search landscape
- Take ownership of our LinkedIn channel - content calendar, post creation, community engagement, and growth
- Contribute to our link building program and build relationships with relevant industry publications and platforms
Iterate based on data and drive innovation
- Own your KPIs and reporting - track what's working, spot content gaps, and use data to drive decisions
- Cultivate relationships with clients to gather testimonials and insights for content and PR campaigns
- Actively use AI tools and marketing automation to work smarter, and bring new ideas to the team based on what's emerging
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- Native or near-native proficiency in written English and Polish
- Proven B2B copywriting experience with a strong portfolio - blog posts, case studies, long-form content, social, and PR materials
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn social media marketing
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable owning metrics and making data-informed decisions
- Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to work directly with clients
Nice-to-have
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, and/or SaaS product marketing
- Experience with link building and digital PR
- Knowledge of GEO / AI Search optimization
- Experience working in a small, agile marketing team where you wear multiple hats
