Michał Niemiec

Michał is a Senior Product Manager at Manufacturo, responsible for shaping the product vision and roadmap that helps manufacturers move beyond legacy MES and QMS systems. He translates deep shop-floor experience into features that solve real operational problems, working closely with customers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure the platform evolves in ways that drive measurable outcomes on the production floor. 

Michał brings nearly a decade of hands-on MES experience, all of it in complex manufacturing environments. He began his career in consulting, progressing from Consultant to Solutions Architect at Andea, one of Europe's leading MES implementation partners, where he spent over seven years working directly with manufacturers on system selection, configuration, and adoption. That progression through every level of consulting gave him a perspective few product managers have: he sat across the table from both the shop floor operator and the C-suite sponsor. 

He has a background in applied mathematics, which shapes how he approaches problems.
