We're seeking a hands-on, curious, and driven Microsoft 365 IT Engineer eager to own a modern cloud environment end-to-end.

• Proven professional experience administering and operating Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments.
• Managing user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with IT policies.
• Strong expertise with: Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID (including Enterprise Applications and App Registrations).
• Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint solutions — strong understanding of threat detection, incident response, and endpoint protection.
• Collaborate with the IT team to deliver end-to-end security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner such as email delivery failures or authentication problems.
• Manage the deployment of new features and functionality of the M365 product suite.
• Provide support for end users experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and services.
• Produce clear technical documentation for architecture, configurations, and security decisions.
• PowerShell scripting skills for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

You will get extra points if you have

• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Network management background.
• Experience building scalable automation and operational improvements.
• Ability to take ownership, proactively identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives independently.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.

You'll work closely with a cross-functional IT team to keep Manufacturo's Microsoft cloud environment secure, reliable, and continuously improving. Our teams follow agile practices with a focus on delivering value quickly while maintaining high-quality standards. You'll own your domain end-to-end — from day-to-day administration and user support, to designing security solutions and building automations that make the whole team more effective.

Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
